I didn’t contact 12 new folks, but still had a good day. Two signed up for Connect Realty. I made presetations to an office of 3 agents. I made an appointment for two more agents to look at Connect. This is the new game in town. Thanks to you who joined Connect.

What a great hotel! quiet as quiet can be. And it was free to Kathleen and me. And it looks like we are getting a listing.
It all started with either the local Chamber semi annual breakfast where we share what we do. Or did it happen because the Hilton is on our monthly email blast. Both probably made this happen.
We received an email inviting us to the Hilton to discuss our blog and how they can particpate – and for a free weekend and dinner.
We had a smashing (a little British here) meeting and are returning next Friday to discuss our ideas with a higher up.
We showed our Google stuff, how easy it was to write a blog, agreed on what we would write about in return for the weekend, and kicked around several ideas on how they can participate. I don’t remember having too many business presentations with this much fun and energy.
This time I did remember why we do this: to build our real estate and mortgage practice. Oh, she said, that’s good news – I think you can list my condo in Klahanie for me. I did forget to tell her rates were around 5% – that will not be overlooked next friday with the manager.
It will be fun to report on how next fridays meeting goes, until then we have a real solid friendship with a qulaified client to be and some referalls of two local business owners in town who she thinks we should meet. Pretty cool.
