I didn’t contact 12 new folks, but still had a good day. Two signed up for Connect Realty. I made presetations to an office of 3 agents. I made an appointment for two more agents to look at Connect. This is the new game in town. Thanks to you who joined Connect.

The numbers are recognizable: 10, 12, 100, 1000, and 10,000. They aren’t just my numbers, they are numbers I want for you too.
Can I do it? Can we?
I have real estate, mortgages, and blogs to promote. I have figured out how to keep focused and keep these all related. It is kind of like the blogs help us in homes and loans. I have friends, associates, and others I must help as part of this number crunch. In like manner I have help from friends, associates, and most of all Kathleen.
For me, it also includes expanding the local Issaquah Undressed blog network as an example of what can be done. That means http://issaquahundressed.com needs to either be profitable in a serious way or make our real estate and mortgage practice profitable.
We have begun attracting non real estate and mortgage customers to the blog network. (http://childrenscharitiesundressed.com/ as an example. I like that a lot. My goal here is to help each blog with a powerful platform with the right tools that help the bloggers accomplish what they hope for from their blog.
Here are my goals: Real Estate: build 10 people I am directly nurtering and helping in Connect. Help them get 10 and those 10 to get 10. This is in preparation for the real estate turn around we all know is to happen. The longer it takes the better postioned we will be. Go to http://ConnectRealty.com/ and find the override calculater – I will need to say no more.
I am intent on helping the Homes And Loans Loan officers get to producting 10 too. Ten loans per month that is. The blog is the key.
We want the blog to hit 10,000 users – that needs a tipping point. It will happen and your helping is greatly appreciated. With that volume the brand, the network, all of us benefit. Did I say, that will happen? I did. It will.
So to do that, I have broken my goals down to speaking with 12 per day. If I do that, am good at following up and support I will reach my goals. By the way – a new sign up referred by one of you will count in my way of booking things. So you could of course make my day. Hey hey hey.

What a great hotel! quiet as quiet can be. And it was free to Kathleen and me. And it looks like we are getting a listing.
It all started with either the local Chamber semi annual breakfast where we share what we do. Or did it happen because the Hilton is on our monthly email blast. Both probably made this happen.
We received an email inviting us to the Hilton to discuss our blog and how they can particpate – and for a free weekend and dinner.
We had a smashing (a little British here) meeting and are returning next Friday to discuss our ideas with a higher up.
We showed our Google stuff, how easy it was to write a blog, agreed on what we would write about in return for the weekend, and kicked around several ideas on how they can participate. I don’t remember having too many business presentations with this much fun and energy.
This time I did remember why we do this: to build our real estate and mortgage practice. Oh, she said, that’s good news – I think you can list my condo in Klahanie for me. I did forget to tell her rates were around 5% – that will not be overlooked next friday with the manager.
It will be fun to report on how next fridays meeting goes, until then we have a real solid friendship with a qulaified client to be and some referalls of two local business owners in town who she thinks we should meet. Pretty cool.

Lets see – how I can count the ways yesterday was great? Kathleen received notice she gets paid for a lead off the blogs rate window lead generator. I received an email from a local high end hotel confirming our free weekend and dinner at the hotel, starting Friday so they can discuss how to participate in the Undressed Network. I referred three new agents into our company that I will override. (You can do this too). A new real estate customer called me – moving to Issaquah from Eastern Washington. She found Issaquah Undressed.com and was real excited to meet us. We hired a new loan officer. I trained 3 new loan officers about the blog. We checked our mortgage pipeline – 23 loans are locked. And it is all centered around the undressed network, adding great companies and great people. How was your day? Lets make tomorrow great ok?
We in the undressed network have learned our craft and can share it with you. We help you stop wasting marketing dollars and time. We make blogging profitable. We keep you focused on what is important.
It didn’t take long, just a few days to be able to say that. But as we have now passed the 500 article mark we are truly have the king of content. We are now using simple software to make a newsletter off our blog. We have some local businesses using our brand and working with us. It’s pretty cool you might say. We are making money off of our blog and are implementing a new pay per transaction advertising technology that makes us money and stops our friends in Issaquah from wasting their advertising dollars. You just might want to join the Undressed network. It’s cool too.
Stop wasting advertising dollars.
Reduce your monthly office fees.
Increase your per cent of take on each transaction.
Create residual income.
Stay focused on real estate, even when you are making extra income. Don’t get out of meeting new people.
Make making new contacts a positive win win experience.
Don’t be in your face that you are an agent. You make look hungry and be a turn off.

Get paid for blogging.
Gets leads off of your blog.
Have people just call you up and ask you to help them. (More than a lead)
Be the voice of authority.
By adding this business to our network I have become friends with over a dozen people that work here. They know I am in the real estate business and of the mortgage branch my wife manages. These are happy new associates and future clients.

Dave Kingery and I wrote an article on Seed Potatoes yesterday and we received a comment….fun! I typed what Dave said and helped him format it. I think he’ll get into it more as we continue to do it more. I need to get on there and write articles because it is a lot of fun. Again, about a half hour after we wrote the article, we were on the front page of Google when looking for seed potatoes in Issaquah. Yea!
